This past year brought real, visible progress along Main Street. ADA-compliant sidewalk upgrades were completed, new sculptural gateway signage was installed, and native plantings were added throughout the corridor. Streetscape planning continued with a focus on preserving the historic character that defines the district while guiding thoughtful improvements for the future.
Inside 234 Main Street, we launched Studios at 234, a pilot entrepreneurial co-working hub for makers, artists, and creatives. We also kicked off the Frankly Speaking Junior Main Street podcast, giving local students a platform to share stories and build leadership skills. New public art installations came to life, museum exhibits highlighted local history, and signature events like Music on Main, the Reisterstown Farmers Market, and Bloomin’ ArtFest continued to grow and bring the community together.
