Steven H. Reamer CPA, P.A.

History

Although Steve was born and grew up in the Washington D.C. area, he has strong family ties to the Baltimore area. He moved to Baltimore in 1980 after graduating from The University of Maryland College Park to work as the accounting manager for a relative’s real estate development and management firm. After a year and a half in industry, Steve was hired by a local CPA firm where discovered his passion for the challenges and diversity of public accounting. Over the next few years, Steve worked for several large and small local CPA firms, developing his skills in business accounting, taxes and advising owners of small businesses. 

In 1990 Steve went off on his own, concentrating on providing small and medium business owners with financial and tax advice tailored to provide them with the critical information necessary to manage their businesses in an ever changing economy, as well as helping individual tax clients to minimize their tax liabilities. Steve is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and Maryland Society of Accounting and Tax Professionals. Steve has lived in Reisterstown with his wife for over 35 years. They have three grown children and two grandchildren and enjoy spending their time off in Southwest Florida.
