Facility Engineering Services was founded in 1989 by individuals with over 80 years of collective experience in the HVAC and Controls industries. Their plan was to use their extensive knowledge, experience, and strategic relationships to create a highly skilled, responsive, technology-based company to provide Building Automation Systems, HVAC, and Technology services to a market dominated by complacent multinational companies insensitive to the specific needs and concerns of their clients. Since 1991, Facility Engineering Services and our team of HVAC and DDC technicians, engineers, and certified energy managers have performed successful comprehensive HVAC and BAS designs, upgrades, and installations.
