Community Safety Works Micro Grant

Apply for a grant of up to $500 towards security features on your Main Street building 



RIA will offer individual grants up to $500 to the businesses on Main Street to install security cameras, security systems, motion sensors, door/window sensors, yard signs, door/window stickers, etc. to help the businesses and customers feel safe. We encourage all existing and new incoming businesses to apply for this grant as you see fit for your individual needs.

These micro grants will be on a rolling application submission timeline, to be given out within one year.

Although you can choose any security company you would like to work with, ARM Security Systems, located right on Main Street, has put together a security Starter Package as an option if you choose to use them.

• 3 X Door/Window Stickers

The Baltimore County Police Department offers a free Residential Security Survey— Just call your local COT (Community Outreach Team) to request that an officer come to your home to conduct a free assessment of your home security.
